Workaround time•My workaround time is 1-3 weeks depending on QUEUE
*Please respect the queueAny commission which the customer does not respond within 24 hours about changes will be finalized as is.• If you commission more than 1 FULL piece, please do not expect them to be done at the same time if the queue have the slots full.They may or may not be. It depends on the complexity of the orders I am working.• Some may take much longer and there will always be an advance notice!! because as I study and my routine schedule is quite full. unless it was a mistake of mine.
Like I missed a color or forgot small elements. Nothing big and significant like the entire pose.• If that wasn't something noticed by you in the WIPs, let me know! so PLEASE keep in mind after the colors is done I will only perform more 3 change for an additional +2$• If you are leaving a pose up to me, and are not pleased with what I picked, I will resketch it for free, twice. If you are still not pleased with it, you can send me poses references, or charge a +2$ to keep trying (per additional sketch.)• No changes will be made after artwork is completed or layers merged. if you still opt for changes there will be an additional +20 for each detail changed in the image.Refunds & ChargebacksAfter the sketch finished/approved and not paid in the same way the entire commission (finished one) is not fully paid I have FULL RIGHTS TO RESELL THE ART AND/OR THE SKETCH to recover the money of my lost time.this DO NOT includes the characters• I will not refund you after the order is started and completed.• Chargebacks are not allowed, any attempt of it will get you blacklisted and blocked.• Refunds are allowed within a one-week period, provided you have agreed to my project turnaround time terms.CancellationsI reserve the right to cancel any commission at any given time without refunding the payment in any way due to any harassment, improper conduct, and/or poor communication.Altering in-progress pieces, and approaching other artists for edits.
No contact with information within a few days of claiming a slot (ideal time frame is 24 hours for optimal starting times).Lack of payment/ correct payment after arrangements have been made.Being unreachable/unresponsive to any form of contact (3 days with no response to emails or other platform messages).
